We are constantly seeking building land for ourselves and clients, this again may be land suitable for building one or a multiple number of properties, either of a residential or a commercial nature. Subject to the type and size of the land we may be prepared to purchase land with or without the benefit of planning consent.

Existing properties often lend themselves to development and we have identified various opportunities to develop garden land or to demolish one or a group of existing properties to enable a viable redevelopment scheme.

Joint venture opportunities arise where we can agree to develop certain properties or plots of land together with the present owners and share the planning, legal and development processes along with the finance associated profits or risks.

We are often prepared to agree a legal option to purchase land from the owners subject to planning permission being obtained, this protects the owners and ensures they do not incur legal, architect and planning costs.
