APH set precedence from its inception to seek private financing and equity investment; this has enabled the Company to consider schemes and projects that would not fall within conservative traditional bank funding criteria.
As a result periodically we can offer the opportunity to participate in project related financing whereby investment may be within a SPV and secured within the same and guaranteed by our holding company. Attractive rates of return are available and would be negotiated on an individual basis.
Investors prepared to invest for an open or fixed period would be offered a fixed rate return secured by the Company and commercial rates of return would be available, final details would be negotiated on an individual basis.
Investors could consider share purchases, which may be made available from time to time and annual dividends paid.
